These Terms govern your use of danilomcgarry.ai (the “Site”) and any engagements with Danilo McGarry Limited (the “Company”). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance
By accessing the Site you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site. Continued use following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including written copy, photography, video, code, design, and the underlying methodology framework, is the intellectual property of Danilo McGarry Limited or its licensors. No part of the Site may be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission. Quotes and excerpts from third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Services Description
The Company provides advisory, keynote speaking, workshop, board-level advisory, media collaboration, and sponsorship engagement services. Descriptions on the Site are provided for information only and do not constitute a contractual offer. All engagements are subject to a separate engagement letter or contract executed by both parties.
Booking and Cancellation
Submissions via the booking form constitute an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Confirmation follows receipt of a signed engagement letter and any agreed deposit. Cancellation terms are stated in the engagement letter and typically include a scaled fee depending on the proximity to the engagement date. Travel, accommodation, and expenses are billed separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company excludes all warranties, express or implied. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or any engagement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site or any engagement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
